The Monastery


The charming medievil monastery dedicated to 'Our Lady of the Forests' stands in the middle of the village surrounded by a high wall.

Its 16th century church is partly underground and cut into the rock.The hostel west of the church, belongs to the World Council Of Churches. Various marine organisms such as sea urchins, starfishes, crabs, lobsters, sponges, corals, sea fans, marine plants and others.
Various sea and lake birds in their natural habitat.
Sea turtles in their natural habitat at the time of laying eggs.
Recent fish.

The Square


Completely surrounded by bars all pumping out dance music, this used to be the In-Place, but over the years Napa has spread! Regardless, you have to check it out at least once, but do note it usually doesnt get busy till after eleven pm, unlike the lower square, next to the monastery, which is packed all night.
